whitehats.com is online again

Hi snorters,

I just found that whitehats.com is online again. Since April 2nd there is
also vision.rules available for download.

I thought this would be interesting for all of us.

Since I'm in no way related to www.whitehats.com I don't know if this state
is final (I hope so ;) and if changes to the ruleset would apear as we knew
in former times.
