RE: logging to remote syslog

in snort.conf set snort tolog to syslog with for example:

output alert_syslog: LOG_LOCAL3 LOG_INFO

in /etc/syslog.conf
local3.info        @remote.logging.server.name.or.ip

restart snort and syslogd
