W2k - WinAt - Stopping Snort

Hey,

I am automating my Snort box and am not sure which command
to use to stop Snort as I usually just stop it manually with the Task
Manager.  
I am using the  snort -de -l c:\inetpub\wwwroot\logs -c snort.conf  command
to start it.
Which command can I use to stop it?
