snort dns preprocessor (1.1)

I have made a few changes to the DNS preprocessor to prevent needless 
alerts from overly anxious clients connecting over the internet on a 
slow link.   This ought to reduce the number of false alerts considerably.

Please let me know if you find problems or discontinuities in the 
documentation .
