I figure I would get some skeptics, how does one prove ownership on the
net anyhow?  Pull out my Microsoft Passport <grin>?  

Unfortunately 166.82.95.103 is my host.  I wasn't looking for a DOS, but
a couple good scans..Aren't we the ethical ones on this list ?

I found the easiest way to get god awful traffic is to connect to a
cable modem.  People like to scan 24.x.x.x address space all day
long..other address space is random..

I wish I had a good way to test these things or than asking others to
help..

If you really want to get some god awful traffic, then I would have to
have
proof that the 166.82.95.103 address is really yours.  What this could
have
been is a request to have hundreds of people DOS someone elses host.
