portscan.log info

Hi There,
I believe it has been posted here before but I
couldn't look for the archieve.
What I would like to ask is; can I conclude from my
/var/log/snort/portscan.log that all the result in
there is a portscan / scanning / intrusion activity to
my monitoring network ?
