Snort , mysql and Win2000

Hi,

I am trying to setup snort to use mysql and acid. I
followed the instructions from silicondefence and
downloaded everything with the expectation of snort
itself (i got it from snort.org). Basically i have
alerts but nothing on Acid appears. When i run snort
in the dos window i get the following message

database: compiled support for ( )
database: configured to use mysql
database: mysql support is not compiled in this copy

Check your configuration file to be sure you did not
mis-spell "mysql".If you did not, you will need to
reconfigure and recompile ensuring that you have set
the correct options to the configure script. Type
 "./configure --help" to see options for the configure
script.

Fatal Error, Quitting..

How do i compile snort with mysql support in Win2000?
