Some more information is necessary to debug this error:

- what version of ACID?
- what database?
- what database schema version?
- can you describe what you were trying to do when the error occurred
(i.e. what page)
- can you reproduce it?  If so, how?  Also, turn on debug_mode = 1 in
acid_conf.php and include this output with the answers to the above questions.
