ACID & MSSQL patch

Looks like Roman has integrated the MSSQL changes into the CVS tree but they
have not rolled it up into a release yet.  You can browse the CVS tree on
the ACID website..

I understand from some of the mail traffic you or others are working on a

patch for ACID to work with MSSQL.
