ACID 0.9.6b17 fails create acid_event table

Hi,

I'm trying to set up ACID 0.9.6b17. It fails to create acid_event 
table printing the following error message:

Unable to CREATE table 'acid_event': Database ERROR:Column 'sig_name' 
is used with UNIQUE or INDEX but is not defined as NOT NULL

Any ideas?
