Minor Acid Bug v. 0.9.6b17

All,

I just wanted to let everyone know that I noticed a very minor bug in the
latest build of ACID dated 10/24, v. 0.9.6b17.

line 3 of acid_conf.php reads: $ACID_VERSION = "0.9.6b16";
but should read: $ACID_VERSION = "0.9.6b17";

since it is a new build (and Roman was probably very tired :) - the easy
correction is to change the variable definition yourself...
