Alert trend analysis and alerting

Hi!

I'm running Snort 1.8.1 and logging to MySQL database. I've been trying
to find a program which would analyze stuff in the database, maybe
create nice graphs of alert trends, but most importantly send an e-mail
alert when there are significant changes in the trends. Any hints?
