Yes, when I used to admin the firewall for a large company, there was lots
going on, if I bothered to look.  My attitude was that there was an
existing HR policy that forbade inappropriate material in the office.  If
someone got busted for what was on their screen, then I would offer
corroborating logs from the firewall.  I did *not* want to be the porn
police, or the time-wasting police, or anything else like that.  Of
course, corporate culture at that place was vastly different from most, so
YMMV.
