IDS Policy Manager 1.1 Release

I am pleased to announce the release of IDS Policy Manager 1.1. There
has been a lot of updates since the 1.0 release. Here are a few of the
changes:

* Support for secure copy(SCP) upload and download from sensors
* Support for both Windows 2000 and Windows XP
* Search for rules based on just about any criteria
* Enable/Disable rules based on ip or port
* Simple Drag and Drop to move rules around between groups or within a
group
* Update/Merge Official Rules and arachNIDS Rules from the Web 
* Support for SNMP, Spade, IDMEF, Unified logging and Unified alerting
* logging of actions within IDS Policy Manager
* Support for Multiline rules
* Moved to Data Explorer in Policy Editor making it look a lot better
* Formatting checks in rules
* Creates sid-msg.map file 
* Upload policies to all/updated/enabled Sensors
* Change variables/classifications to ones that exist when merging in
new rule sets
