re: W2K log directory error

Is SNORT installed in a directory with a space in it (e.g. Program Files)? I had trouble too, but got it to work if I 
moved it to C:\SNORT-1.8.2\. 

C:\progra~1 did not work for me.

if you specify the logging directory in the command line, it will supersede the conf file anyway.

It could just be me though.
