Differentiated rights for users

Hello everyone !

Is it any possibility to give users differentiated access, i.e. some users to
have Admin rights (they can add/delete/modify printers etc.), some users to have
the right to cancel jobs but not Admin rights, etc ? Unfortunately I was not
able to figure it out from the docs and/or config options. I didn't look to the
lists though, hope you'll not flame me for this...
