bpf negation

[gatekeeper () globe com ph]

I have processed a binary file to decode the ff protocol:
23,53,80,icmp,arp,dst net 224.0.0.10, and others.
Need help how to decode negating the listed protocol above so I can show
some other "unknown" protocol?
