Snort spec file

I have created a spec file for version 1.8.1 beta 3 I have assumed
everything will work fine for everyone else and have just called the spec
file 1.8.1.
I have added ssl support and flexresp along with all the other support for
SMB Mysql and postgres. If anyone is interested let me know if you want
src.rpm.
