Along these lines... are there machine/performance spec recommendations for
Snort on Linux?

I'm looking at watching a T1 to the Internet with 1 nic, a couple frame
routers (2Mb worth) with another nic, and then a nic on the back end for
management of the box.  Seems like an 800MHz PIII with 512Mb RAM and good
nics will keep up with more than that, don't you think?
