bad version number in snort.conf comments

[Phil <foo_bar_00 () yahoo com>]

Not a big deal, but I thought I'd point out that the
snort.conf in 1.8.1 says "1.8.0" at the top which can
be confusing when upgrading if you have two copies
laying around.
