question about flexresp snort plugin on openbsd

Hello,

I am attempting to install snort with the flex response plugin on
openbsd. When I try to compile it I get the following errors:

My system consists of the following:
openbsd 2.9 w/ latest CVS patches installed
Snort 1.8.1
Libnet 1.0.2


I am wondering if anyone may know of what may be going wrong with this
install.
