Is there a complete PORT list online?

While using snort to detect intrusion. I'm wondering about so many port
scanning warning issued, the warning ports usualy seems not regular ports.
Is that means some trojan services are bunddled into my system?
Does there any PORT lists with explanation, which trojan uses which port?
