problem to run script from rc.local

Hi,

Can you tell whats can be problem, please?

I added to /etc/rc.d/rc.local script command /etc/rc.d/rc.fw to end of file
and then Linux restarting I see message - /etc/rc.d/rc.fw: No such file or
directory.

The access rights are Ok for all rwx r-x r-x.

I attached rc.fw file
