Delete Sensor from MySql Database

All,

In the course of playing around with having snort log to a central MySQL
database, it's reporting 3 sensors even though there are only two (the third
was a temporary setup that I no longer need).

Whats the best way for me to remove all entries and references of that
sensor in the MySQL database so that ACID will correctly report that I only
have two?
