FatalError( ... ) in preprocessors

Folks,

I was wondering if it would be worth while to have another class of error
for preprocessors, which would dump it's error message and then "disable"
the preprocessor (it might even be able to dump core), and then return to
normal processing.  As it is now, snort exits with error 1.  

What do you think?
