rules error

I keep getting the following error when I try to start snort:

[!] ERROR c:\snort\exploit.rules(29) => Bad port number: "(msg:"EXPLOIT"

does nayone have an idea how to fix this..?

the rules I'm using are dirrectly from snort.org
