My copy arrived from AW y'day in the mail (there's a story behind how I 
got to request it; suffice to say it wasn't quite a routine order), so I 
was a little surprised to see that it was only officially released today.

I only started to read it last night, but it looked good so far.  Geer's 
intro is indeed interesting.  It will end up on the shelf next to BSS and 
ES once read.
