[Ed. Yes, quite a few people responded to Gary's note before checking their
calendars...  (I've taken the liberty of removing those messages from the
queue.)  You know, I stopped believing tech news on 1 April back around the
old "kremvax" hoax (look it up), or maybe the year after that ;-).  It strikes me 
that no community on earth gets more into April Fools day jokes than the 
techies AND that no community on earth falls for them more predictably.  
Why is that?]
