Code Signing Processes

Greetings, all.

I'm interested in learning more from this community about others
practices, protocols, policies, thoughts and opinions about the Code
Signing Processes. I feel I understand the technical parts of its well
enough, but I'm currently tasked with making recommendations about how
we should establish our processes for it as we're setting out to
formalize them.
