A guy named Jason Hendeles approached the Free Speech Coalition (the trade association of the adult entertainment industry) last year to support his own plan for a .xxx TLD; he even offered to cut us in with a seat on the domain's governing board and a ($) piece of each application. We rejected the idea, since it will *inevitably* lead to ghettoization of not only hardcore sites, but everything currently in question under the COPA case. Filters exist; let those worried about porn use them!
