Declan,

What follows may be a more entertaining and easier to read listing. It is also available at
http://www.heritage.org/Research/Budget/loader.cfm?url=/commonspot/security/getfile.cfm&PageID=53126

Also see my own research into two of these projects at:
Profiles in Pork: A Rainforest on the Prairie - http://www.townhall.com/columnists/GuestColumns/Grossman20031223.shtml

Profiles in Pork: Johnny Appleseed Meets Uncle Sam - http://www.townhall.com/columnists/GuestColumns/Grossman20031213.shtml

And a heads-up to those interested in such things: the next big pork vehicle to watch for is the highways bill, which, in different versions, is in the House and the Senate now. The President also has his own target for highway spending, which, though too high, is still much lower than the bills in either chamber. We have more on this at the Heritage.org website.

Best,
