Just wanted to bring this to your attention.  This is from the Security
Focus newsletter, and it brings up an interesting interpretation of
'seizure'  In the comments, it raises the question of how this
interpretation by the courts can be applied to the current P2P issues.

By the way, I love the Politech newlist.  Keep up the great work
