Hi Declan,

You and the politech list might be interested in reading a synopsis of the
differing views of the Trummel case on Greplaw; the thread is at

Perhaps most disturbing are excerpts from Judge James Doerty's June 14
ruling, where he infers that Trummel's Contra Cabal newsletter played a part
in the death of a former Council House resident.
