Subject: Scott Charney goes to MS

So Scott Charney, the man who as head of cybercrime prosecution at
DoJ told CFP'99 that a few dead human rights activists were a
reasonable price to pay for gov't access to crypto keys, is now in
charge of security at MS. I hope all those people running Office
feel safer now.
