So, the AG will construct a big list of email addresses of people who don't want to be spammed.

And give spammers access to it.

Is this really wise?

Heh heh.  If I was a spammer I'd be interested in whether the list was
published, and if so, where I could get a copy.

If I were a resident of Missouri the *last* thing I would do is put my
name on it.  Not because I want spam, but because I don't!
