FC: Arnie Lerma replies to Scientology's Internet position paper

Church of Scientology officials and U.S. Marshals raided Arnie Lerma's home 
in Virginia for suspected copyright violations back in 1995:
http://www.cnn.com/US/9508/scientology/

Arnie sent a copy of the so-called secret scriptures to the Washington 
Post, which Scientology promptly sued for copyright infringement.

page 119 of the 1969 version of Volume 6 of the Hubbard Organization 
Executive Course ""All Orgs are now Churches" and "Stationary is to reflect 
fact than orgs are churches" and "All public literature must state that Scn 
is religious" It also states "This may or may not be publicly acceptable. 
This is NOT the point. It is a requisite defense."

 I have a hard copy of this in the bound volume in my possession..

 Hubbard invoked the religious cloaking device after Scientology lost the 
first FDA E-meter trial... and won the right to a new trial on appeal.... 
based on this trumped up religiosity...

I watched with mine own eyes in 1969 as "PRE-CLEAR FOLDER ADMIN" turned 
into "CONFESSIONAL FORMULARY", we were asked to wear white "collars" and 
watched as a cross was dragged into the building through the front door... 
WHILE ALL THE STAFF WATCHED AND KNEW IT WAS MERELY A "JOKE" AT THE TIME TO 
FOOL THE US GOVERNMENT

I later, much later learned that this policy was to try and handle this case:

intended goal of "clear" and was led to believe there was reliable

automatically be cured. Auditing was guaranteed to be successful. All this
