"It depends. If and when President Bush gives in to demands for corporate 
welfare, handouts and special treatment, he's sold out to business, no 
question. That's picking winners and losers — and the winners will be the 
best-connected — instead of ensuring a level playing field. But when Bush 
argues for an across-the-board tax cut, that's treating everyone equally. 
In that case, I'd say he's closer to standing on principle."
