San Francisco, June 25 (Bloomberg) -- Napster Inc. failed to persuade a federal appeals court to revisit an earlier ruling that curtailed users' online trades of copyright music owned by the five biggest record labels. A March 6 injunction prohibited the swaps and forced Napster to adopt screening technologies that have prompted millions of users to abandon the service. [...]
