Declan,
        Andy Good and I are litigating a case in the Supreme Judicial Court of
Massachusetts in which one of our claims is that a subpoena seeking
production of e-mails is violative of the First Amendment where some of that
e-mail was sent and received anonymously and where it involves political
speech.  We're interested in knowing the latest cases being litigated in
this area so that we can be in touch with counsel in those cases in order to
get copies of their briefs. Can you be of any help in pointing us in the
right direction?

leaving town this afternoon, not returning til Saturday night.
