I thought Politech readers might be interested in this: http://www.the-leaky-cauldron.org/2001_02_18_archive.html#2469583While it's understandable that WB needs to police their trademark or risk losing it, I think they're going a bit overboard in this case. Personally, I don't think harrypotterguide.co.uk causes any confusion or dilution of the mark - especially when the first think people will try is harrypotter.co.uk. Tsk to them.
