Utah high court asked to dismiss criminal libel charge
A teen-ager charged with the rare crime of criminal libel after posting 
nasty notes about his school principal on his Web site is taking his case 
to the Utah Supreme Court. Attorneys for Ian Lake filed an appeal 
challenging the constitutionality of the criminal libel statute. (08/07/01)
