FC: Reports from President Clinton's "digital divide" tour

I've been traveling with the president since leaving Andrews AFB on Friday 
morning. We've gone to Atlanta, East Palo Alto, and have had a number of 
stops in New Mexico (plus a day trip Clinton did on Saturday to southern 
California). This is part of the "digital divide" tour, which is not really 
all that interesting.
