MS Sharepoint Penetration testing

Hi all , As lot of web applications are running over the Sharepoint
these days , Any thoughts how to plan and move ahead with the pen test
with this MS application ? Will existing methodologies should be
changed with the tools for this product testing if so , which tools
should be more emphasized to work upon .
