JASniff is a small handy graphical Windows TCP/UDP/ICMP packet sniffer.
(Support of Ports/Protocols/IP filtering)
JASniff can be used standalone, it doesn't use winpcap.
JASniff will be embedded in the MSF-XB exploits development platform soon.
