Try 'tor' - http://tor.eff.org/

(Please note, that people running exit nodes can read the traffic, but
the origin should be obscured. However, if you e.g. log  into your
gmail account, they can infer your identity.)

having 0 packet loss..

the types of applications tat i would use are general browsing, chats,
some pen tests, streaming etc etc...
