Under Linux, MAC can be changed with "ifconfig eth0 hw ether
00:01:02:03:04:06". Please note that this change is realized in the
operative system layer (no changed is recorded in the card chipset).

For information about Windows systems, you can find further information

Someone correct me if I am wrong but couldn't you just use a utility
like macchanger in *nix? I'm sure there are Windows alternatives out
there as well.

Hello,

I was wondering if one of you guys here played with Beceem ms120 and knows (succeeded/aware) how the mac address can
be changed/spoofed?
