recover deleted emails from a pst

Any of the commercial forensics tools will work well, but one of the
easiest is to just intentionally corrupt the PST with a hex editor.
Delete positions 7 through 13 then and use Microsoft's Inbox repair
tool Scanpst.exe to repair it.
