Vulnerability and Penetration testing software 2007

Hi,

I'm wondering what commercial vulnerability and Penetration testing
software everyone else is using.
I know about all the free and open source software, but I finally got
budget, so I'm looking for something a bit higher end.

I've spent countless hours reading review of various tools and it just
seems like I'm going in circles. Some say SAINT is great, others say
it missed vulnerabilities in their test. Some say Core Impact is the
best thing every, others say the reporting is no good.

So now I'm just simply wondering, what's the most popular among everyone here?
