hi,
yes, I will go with Back/Track because it's the most well supported
and updated pentest LiveCD so far. Besides the handy liveCD,  i am
also keeping a HDD installation in vmware station to keep all updates
and customizations (such as Nessus) during the time period between
different releases and Back/Track never gives me any hassle in doing
this.

But I could not figure out which is the best CD ? Does each flavor
