Hi, You suggested wikto which is an excellent tool but has reached its limits in extensibility, the new tool from sensepost, Suru, however, is definately worth having a look at. It should hopefully enumerate your entire web and back-end database and gives you the ability to do MITM, fuzzing, data mining and other cool stuff. Get it from here: http://www.sensepost.com/research/suru/ Hope this helps.
